Terms & Conditions

Bookings close three days before the event starts.

  • 30% deposit required upon confirmation.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Full Payment must be paid no later than the day of the event itself.
  • Cancellation Policy: 20% of the total payment will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.
  • In the event of emergency, when the makeup artist appointed to you can’t make it, we will then provide a replacement to fulfill the duty (time and location permits) otherwise 1 free services/products is given to you for your next booking.
  • For door to door make up services (KL only) – Additional RM 40.
  • Toll & parking tickets are borne by the clients.
  • Early Morning Bookings (4am-7am) – Additional RM 100.
  • For bookings outside Kuala Lumpur – Clients are responsible for all the expenses needed for our artists i.e. flight, hotels, food, etc.
  • Additional charges for overnight or if the venue is outside the country.
