30% deposit required upon confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Full Payment must be paid no later than the day of the event itself.
Cancellation Policy: 20% of the total payment will be charged if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.
In the event of emergency, when the makeup artist appointed to you can’t make it, we will then provide a replacement to fulfill the duty (time and location permits) otherwise 1 free services/products is given to you for your next booking.
For door to door make up services (KL only) – Additional RM 40.
Toll & parking tickets are borne by the clients.
Early Morning Bookings (4am-7am) – Additional RM 100.
For bookings outside Kuala Lumpur – Clients are responsible for all the expenses needed for our artists i.e. flight, hotels, food, etc.
Additional charges for overnight or if the venue is outside the country.
